Conservation volunteer opportunities with Worldwide Experience

As the summer comes to a close in the UK and South Africa heads towards spring there couldn’t be a better time to start planning your volunteer experience with Worldwide Experience.

Many students received exam results last month with decisions to be made on their future plans. Our volunteer experiences run all year round which gives you the flexibility on start dates and the fact that none of our placements require any previous knowledge or qualifications we can offer you an experiences starting from as little as two weeks.

For those that haven’t purchased your tickets for The Changing Face of the Rhino which is being held at the Royal Geographical Society in London on September 18th hosted by Bear Grylls followed by an inspirational account of South African wildlife veterinarian, Dr William Fowlds’ (Investec Rhino Lifeline) fight to save the mutilated survivors of rhino poaching, and how these awful incidences are reshaping attitudes towards this growing conservation crisis there are still some seats available.

Vets Go Wild 2013 comes to an end after another successful year. We saw over 55 students take part this year from all over the world, memories and experiences that last a life time along with making new friends.

2014 dates to be released later on this month. If you would like further information on how to take part and have your name put down on our waiting list please email Kathryn@worldwideexperience.com.

And finally it is with great excitement that we are pleased to share the news with you that Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre one of our most popular volunteer experiences welcomed the arrival of two very rare King Cheetah cubs. Follow us on Facebook where we will keep you up to date on their development in the coming months.
